The hotel has a convenient location, very close to the airport. The rooms were okay but a bit overpriced. I found some dirty marks on the sheets, which was disappointing. The staff, especially Janet and Marco, were really helpful and accommodating. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, and the facilities were average.

The continental breakfast in the club room was okay, and everything was clean. The free travel to the terminal was perfect, although the bus driver wasn't the friendliest. I had a lovely stay at the hotel with great staff in the club room. The rooms are always a good option, but they are looking very tired and in serious need of a refurbishment, not up to CP standards. Everything was spotlessly clean and all amenities were as described on the website.
